Responsibilities
Serve as the primary support and administrator for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft 365
Own custom reports in Power BI as defined by stakeholders and leadership
Perform general maintenance, field and value updates, error logs review, and release management of the systems
Manage and maintain user access, permissions, and new user setup
Perform data quality checks, engage with stakeholders, and reconcile/update data as needed
Train and onboard new users into the systems
Monitor system utilization and automations, participate in systems strategy meetings
Modify and maintain system customizations including fields, workflows, automations, and templates
Work with IT consultants for system development updates
Be responsive to system and reporting requests

Required
Associate degree in related field with 5+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3+ years of experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, SharePoint, Power BI, and Project Operations
Ability to work within a team through change and challenges in a manner that supports the achievement of goals
Ability to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with leadership, staff, and vendors; exercise tact and diplomacy
Strong customer service skills
Preferred
Microsoft 365 or similar certificates
