Responsibilities
Technical Leadership: Oversee all technical project responsibilities, ensuring the quality of deliverables and the overall success of the station's engineering group.
Project Development: Lead the development, proposal creation, project capture, accounting setup, and successful launch of station projects.
Coordination: Collaborate with the process and development teams to implement standardized proposals and project processes.
Client Interaction: Interface with clients, including initial meetings, onsite visits, business development, service sales, and project support.
Client Relations: Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones to grow the station's group.
Team Collaboration: Maintain positive working relationships with leads, project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
Project Management: Act as the Design Lead/Project Manager for projects, including kick-off meetings and developing project layout plans.
Equipment Management: Specify major equipment, develop bid packages, conduct technical and commercial reviews, make bid recommendations, and review equipment drawings.
Training and Development: Develop training programs for the station's group and mentor engineers, fostering group identity and positive morale.
Multidisciplinary Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team including Civil, Process, and Mechanical engineers.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited curriculum or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas industry and leadership roles.
Experience with pipelines and stations.
Professional engineering registration is required (or must be obtained within 6 months of hiring).
