Develop CNC programs using CAM software.
Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine optimal machining processes.
Create program sheets for operators.
Troubleshoot machining issues.

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience programming CNC milling machines in a Metal Stamping manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or similar.
Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine operation.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and geometric tolerances.
Experience with cutting tool selection and optimization for CNC machining in various steel types.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
