Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support existing products

Facilitate change requests, including Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality teams on technical problem-solving initiatives for design improvement

Support customer RMA analysis to provide sustainable solutions

Interact with Application Engineering and customers to ensure design solutions meet expectations

Support VAVE initiatives to control costs

Champion the company’s culture and core values

High sense of urgency and results-driven

Strong communication and project management skills are required

Ability to work in a cross-functional, manufacturing environment

Use data & designed experiments to make decisions & solve problems

Proficiency in time and project management

Familiarity with various manufacturing processes, inspection and measurement tools, CAD modeling, tooling design, and 3D printing

Exposure to Product Development Life Cycle (PLDC) and Engineering Change Management

Experience with Solidworks, Oracle ERP software, electric motors, precision rotating equipment, QS, ISO requirements, and Microsoft Office Suite

Required

Undergraduate degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field

3+ years manufacturing or design experience

A strong understanding of quality systems and other process improvement tools

Experience with electric motors or precision rotating equipment preferred

Experience with QS and ISO requirements is preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Preferred exposure to Product Development Life Cycle (PLDC) of a manufactured product from concept to launch

Preferred exposure to Engineering Change Management

Experience with Solidworks and Oracle ERP software
