Responsibilities

Administer manufacturing unit’s network structure with Windows 2012 server, AS400 (nice to have), SQL and Deployment Severs capabilities.

Install, configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, Helios terminals and Sick, PSC, Symbol scanners.

Run and install Ethernet in house cabling and network device structures.

Work with customer’s broadcast monitoring, and troubleshoot Server/PC hardware, software and network connectivity issues for company.

Maintain routine SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance) requirement forms and procedures.

Log daily shift turnovers and document new procedures.

Run daily backup and recovery tapes using ARC server.

Verify and maintain all Antivirus and utility patches are in place.

Work with Active Directory, user accounts, groups and privileges, maintain events and logs.

Equipment configuration - PCs, Printers, Scanners, Thin Clients

Provide technical support to production, quality, maintenance, shipping and other departments as needed.

Complete other tasks as assigned.

Required

Four-year college degree and /or related experience

Basic operation knowledge of AS400

Hardware and Network Troubleshooting Skills

Manufacturing industry experience preferred
