Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are defined and achievable.
Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and manage resource conflicts as they arise. Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project goals.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards defined by the company. Implement quality control processes and conduct regular quality assessments.
Communication and Reporting: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and address concerns. Prepare and deliver project status reports to management and stakeholders as required.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams. Foster a collaborative team environment and promote a culture of accountability and high performance.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project management and manufacturing operations. Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
Performance Monitoring: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to projects and provide regular reports to management on performance metrics.
Time Management and Prioritization: Manage multiple projects simultaneously if necessary and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints
Project Management Software and ERP systems (SAP) knowledge
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word software
Preferred
Experience in the cable and wiring industry
