Responsibilities
Successful candidate should have specific experience with LabWare LIMS (version 7 or higher) and a thorough understanding of key modules including Lot Manager, SRIM, and Reporting.
Candidate should understand pharmaceutical/biotech laboratory business processes, compendial testing, skip lot, sampling, goods receipt, and retain management.
Candidate should have knowledge of Business Analysis to direct BA’s, developers, and vendor consultants, and experience with Agile Product Management.
Candidate should ideally have experience with previous implementations of Raw Material processes in LabWare LIMS and be able to provide direction on industry standard/best practices.
Work with colleagues from multi-disciplinary backgrounds, sites, countries, and cultures to set a clear and cohesive strategy.
Drive and write clear, concise and intuitive user stories focusing on user outcomes.
Play the role of the 'Product Owner' during development sprints, making timely decisions.
Work as a servant-leader, reducing dependencies, removing blockers, and coordinating with other product teams and key stakeholders.
Lead and coach Product Developers to become effective team members that ship valuable work.
Lead a team of on-shore and off-shore resources including scrum master, developers, testers, and technical consultants.
Understand and support the roles and responsibilities of all team members, and hold people accountable.

Required
Specific experience with LabWare LIMS (version 7 or higher)
Thorough understanding of key modules including Lot Manager, SRIM, and Reporting
Experience with key configuration concepts for Product, Item Code, Sample Plan, and analysis tables
Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech laboratory business processes
Specific knowledge of Business Analysis
Experience with Agile Product Management
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
Work with colleagues from multi-disciplinary backgrounds, sites, countries, and cultures
Drive and write clear, concise, and intuitive user stories
Play the role of the 'Product Owner' during development sprints
