Responsibilities
Communicate with suppliers via email and phone to gather critical information as a part of our vendor vetting process.
Review current Supplier Folders to pull and update key information and record it in JIRA.
Coordinate communication around in-process documentation to ensure timely execution of new or updated agreements.
Partner directly with the PMO, Contracts, Supplier Development and Purchasing teams when assistance is needed.
Work closely with our Amazon suppliers to gather DEI information for Tier 2 and Tier 3 classifications.

Required
2+ years of experience in Purchasing, Compliance, or Finance. Some contract knowledge is a plus.
Ability to clearly and efficiently communicate across multiple teams and departments.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks at a time.
Respectfully assertive and naturally outgoing, not afraid to ask questions to get answers.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
