Responsibilities

Direct the planning and coordination of Enterprisewide systems in functional areas including finance, human resources, marketing, sales, customer relationship management, and supply chain management.

Conduct and prepare feasibility studies for new data processing applications or revisions to existing systems.

Prepare system development cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.

Prepare and present project proposals to management and user departments.

Establish programming standards and program documentation requirements.

Review current status of system applications and prepare recommendations for system improvements.

Monitor design process and prepare reports on system projects.

Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
