Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to groom and maintain a CRM product backlog Light Dev. work including Apex experience is needed
Build and maintain Dashboards and Reports
Use Declarative Salesforce functionality to enhance the Salesforce CRM
Manage Salesforce sandboxes for testing and updates
Investigate data quality issues in Salesforce and connected applications
Provide strategic insights and ensure data consistencies across the organization
Strategically build account hierarchies
Train employees on Salesforce usage
Create CRM best practices
Maintain responsibility for a Salesforce-driven organization

Required
Previous experience working with Sales Cloud and a Sales Force Certification is required
Deep knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform and light experience with light development a plus
Experience working with various departments and teams to build Dashboard and Reports
Experience working with programmers to determine the best solutions and when to use Declarative vs Programmatic Solutions
Basic knowledge and understanding of SQL and Salesforce Metadata Use of a repository to track declarative changes
Strong communication skills and team player mindset are a must
Preferred
Exposure to multiple clouds and CPQ a plus
