Maintain and troubleshoot printers, scanners, workstations, and other IT equipment.

Ensure servers and workstations are secure through patch management and monitoring tools.

Manage Active Directory accounts, security groups, access controls, and application-specific data.

Provide efficient problem-solving and superior customer support.

Active Top Secret clearance required

Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification required

Information Assurance Technical Level II baseline certification in accordance with DoD 8140.01 \

Cyberspace Workforce Management\

ITIL v3 Foundation certification required

Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management Experience

Experience with Active Directory which includes creating, maintaining, transferring, and removing user accounts

Strong knowledge of the Windows platform and can troubleshoot desktop issues

Experience with System Administration activities that includes monitoring and management of system resources, monitoring and auditing system logs, back-up and recovery, security, and managing operating systems
