Responsibilities
Develop creative and engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, blog posts, photography, and website copy
Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking
Create, maintain, and execute a social media content calendar
Schedule content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business)
Manage multiple social media accounts at a time
Monitor and analyze what’s working and what’s not
Create or update new or existing assets for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media graphics, menus, email newsletters, website graphics, and print materials
Maintain an organized and comprehensive digital asset inventory
Consistently organize, upload, and tag assets
Uphold brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and other stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences
Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies
Photography - stop by occasional events on nights and weekends to capture content
Provide support to all SHG divisions as needed
