Responsibilities

Own relationship with assigned clients and ensure satisfaction of all assigned clients, and aid clients in achieving their goals and success criteria defined.

Conduct deep technical discovery.

Build customer business success stories and case studies according to methodology defined.

Work closely with Product and R&D teams to represent the customer and ensure deliverables are according to the customer requirements specifications.

Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

Perform 1st-level support and triage of client technical issues and create detailed tickets outlining reported problems.

Fluent in Update reports, Salesforce and all data-driven decision-making.

Strong interpersonal skills, people person.

Willingness to travel extensively.

Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

Required

Deep experience in one or more of the following areas: Networking and Network Security (FW, Proxy, etc.)

Host Protection (EDR/EPP)

Identity Management

Data leakage prevention

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Excellent presentation and creativity skill

Proven track record selling cyber security complex enterprise solutions
