Responsibilities

Ensure team(s) are creating value through reducing cost to service by aligning with product vision and identifying cost savings opportunities.

Engage stakeholders, create and maintain prioritized list of opportunities, manage delivery blockers, and focus on delivery of cost savings opportunities.

Maximize value, assess continuous improvement opportunities, contribute to a positive work environment, and ensure transparency, collaboration, and engagement in work.

Provide people management leadership, hire talent, set goals, develop staff, manage performance and compensation decisions, promote teamwork, and handle disciplinary actions.

Provide specialized product development support based on deep product expertise and Agile/Scrum knowledge.

Integrate enterprise strategies in leading program design, policy formulation, or operating standards within expertise area.

Anticipate business trends and recommend improvements, advise on execution strategy, and lead functional programs or initiatives.

Solve unique problems with broad impact, oversee standards, controls, and methods with significant financial and operational impact.

Engage stakeholders, provide expert advice, influence change, and frame information in broader organizational context.

Provide leadership guidance, collaborate with business, make recommendations, and ensure solutions meet business needs on complex projects.

Contribute to business segment priorities, develop plans, manage team, set targets, deliver results, and grow team expertise.

Lead high performing team, provide feedback, reviews, coach employees, ensure performance management activities, and recruit diverse workforce.

Establish cohesive team, promote fair environment, act as brand ambassador, and support a diverse workforce to achieve common goals.
