Responsibilities
Program governance including meeting cadence management, RACI and RAID management
Create a Global Implementation & Resources Allocation Plan as lead by go live timetable to Manage project implementation and resources
Manage vendor relationships, introducing KPI's and SLA's in line with Client's direction
Support and manage global payroll operations alongside Client's direction
Manage Global Implementation in line with client's go live timetable
Manage payroll implementation milestones for each country
Manage workstream solution dependencies across including but not limited to: Workday and ADP eV5
Manage workstream team dependencies Manage the processing team, supporting all defined regulations and processes in the validation of regulatory prerequisites
Support implementation of internal controls including but not limited to audit, and internal processes
Offer industry proficiency in aiding the organization's decision-making process
Strong stakeholder relationship management - work closely and seamlessly with the client on all defined aspects of implementing and processing payroll.
Support stakeholders in the planning and tracking of the program and cross program/ projects
Developing and implementing project controlling and maintaining an overall view of all projects
Prepare Steering Committee and PMO Presentations
Supporting the governance and transition of payrolls from Implementation to Operational Process Documentation
Manage the implementation and development of Global Payroll documentation including procedures and mapping in collaboration with regional and in-country leads and project leadership

Required
Program governance experience including meeting cadence management, RACI and RAID management
Experience in creating a Global Implementation & Resources Allocation Plan
Experience in managing vendor relationships and introducing KPI's and SLA's
Experience in managing global payroll operations
Experience in managing payroll implementation milestones for each country
Experience in managing workstream solution dependencies across platforms like Workday and ADP eV5
Experience in managing workstream team dependencies
Experience in supporting the implementation of internal controls including audit and internal processes
Industry proficiency in aiding decision-making processes
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Experience in planning and tracking programs and projects
Experience in developing and implementing project controlling
Experience in preparing Steering Committee and PMO Presentations
Experience in supporting the governance and transition of payrolls from Implementation to Operational Process Documentation
Experience in managing the implementation and development of Global Payroll documentation including procedures and mapping
