Required

Have 4+ years of product management experience at a high-growth, scaling company

Possess a customer-focused mindset, proactively reaching out to customers and prospects, while simultaneously partnering with GTM to understand our competitive landscape and what enterprises need to effectively operate a scaled security and compliance programSystems thinking: Ability to see how various products and features should fit together to serve different user groups, with the analytical skills to justify the approach being taken

Be deeply curious, empathetic, and user-centric, with a knack for driving effective collaboration amongst your stakeholders

Have the ability to bring a product roadmap to life through consistent execution and project management

Have prior experience in the security and compliance space or an interest in learning about security

Excellent communication both written and verbal, to effectively communicate ideas and requirements to team members, stakeholders, and executives
