Responsibilities
Provide strategic calendar management support for the team and site, including external engagements.
Implement and adjust the rhythm of business (ROB) in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication while maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinate event logistics from planning to execution, acting as the main point of contact.
Manage resources effectively by tracking budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships.
Take ownership of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring stakeholder engagement and project success.
Assist in crafting event communications and internal newsletters, collaborating with stakeholders for content sourcing and distribution.

Required
2-4 years overall experience in a related field
