Responsibilities
Maintains CRM system to ensure data is being added accurately and updated regularly.
Manages imports and exports of data from CRM.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.
Assists the marketing manager with execution of various meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; coordinating mailing lists.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Required
BA / BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
Proficient in Excel
1-3 years’ direct experience in marketing, communications or public relations
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of Salesforce and/or CRM systems
Highly analytical and problem solver
Results driven and customer focused, with excellent leadership and organizing skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; initiating, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
Grasp of our target market sectors and also potential target market opportunities
Able to travel on occasion
Ability to organize and maintain detailed quality records/documentation
Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Able to draw on diplomatic communication skills
Requires minimal supervision
