Responsibilities

Manage tools and processes around Incident Response and Planned Maintenance for Shipt.

Work on a team of 4 engineers to ensure reliability and performance standards are met.

Pioneer and simplify operational processes.

Participate in an on-call rotation to drive production issues through mitigation to permanent resolution.
