Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance test scripts using JMeter for load testing and performance testing.
Utilize Dynatrace for observability and monitoring to optimize system performance.
Work on cloud-based platforms, with a preference for Azure, for scaling and tuning Java/J2EE applications.
Troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters, autoscaling, and diagnose complex technical issues.
Review architectures and designs, identify bottlenecks, and analyze profiling snapshots for performance optimization.
Conduct Thread dump analysis, Heap dump analysis, and Garbage collection for system enhancement.

Required
7+ years of Performance Engineering
Extensive JMeter experience - custom scripts, performance testing, load testing, etc.
Observability and monitoring experience using Dynatrace
Well versed in cloud-based platforms, Azure preferred
Java/J2EE performance tuning, troubleshooting, scaling
Kubernetes experience - troubleshooting clusters, autoscaling, etc.
Experience diagnosing and solving complex technical issues
Experience reviewing architectures and detailed designs.
Experience identifying bottlenecks across various layers of application stacks. Experience using code profilers and analyzing profiling snapshots.
Knowledge of application server and database middleware, including tuning.
Experience in Thread dump analysis, Heap dump analysis, and Garbage collection
