Responsibilities
Support the integration of the MHIRJ P/L’s business and financial performance
Assist the development and definition of the long-term business plan strategy and orientation
Work with internal stakeholders to validate financial strategic objectives aligned with the strategic priorities
Lead cross-functional teams in the development, modeling, and approval of investment business cases
Assist in preparing a strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecasts
Define, develop, improve, and implement financial and business planning processes
Determine and execute key financial business initiatives that will drive business operations
Review and analyze P&L’s performance, responsible for preparing monthly analysis on key financial metrics
Work closely with all P/Ls
Lead preparation of presentations for Senior Management & Executives

Required
University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance discipline
Confident speaker with strong presentation skills and sound analytical expertise
Understanding of the Aviation and Aftermarket business is an asset
Good general understanding of Customer Services in the Aviation industry
Ability to synthesize business and financial operations assessment into useful internal management and customer information
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent facilitation skills, comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization
Superior and mature ability to influence others in meeting their deliverables
Self-starter and team player, possessing strong organizational skills.
Flexible, able to adapt to changes, while working well under pressure.
A visible and relentless drive for results, with a high self-imposed standard of excellence
You are ideally bilingual, able to communicate in English and French
Preferred
Understanding of the Aviation and Aftermarket business is an asset
