Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and application features

Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce modules

Execute manual and automated tests to verify functionality

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java

Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams

Perform system integration testing and regression testing

Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies

Lead the implementation of automation frameworks and enhance automation architecture

Integrate automation add-ons and provide thought leadership in test automation strategy

Coach and mentor QE Analysts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

In-depth understanding of Salesforce modules, architecture, and underlying database structures

Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate Salesforce functionality

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of accurately identifying and documenting defects

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proven experience as an Automation Engineer

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong desire to continuously grow knowledge base and skill set

Collaborative and consultative mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong technical background

Deep knowledge and curiosity about technology and systems

Agile mindset

2-3 years of experience as a QA Automation Lead

5-7 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on integration testing and automation, including a minimum of 2 years working with Salesforce

Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing tools and methodologies

Specific experience with Salesforce test automation

Hands-on experience with HealthCloud
