Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
Handle incoming calls and emails, prioritizing correspondence and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Assist with document preparation, including drafting and editing reports, presentations, and other materials.
Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient document retrieval.
Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, providing administrative support to various departments as needed.

Required
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also functioning as a collaborative team player.
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
