Responsibilities

Positioning the value of the product with stakeholders through phone, email, and demos.
Effectively managing a pipeline of Inbound/Outbound opportunities to drive revenue and ROI.
Becoming an expert in assessing prospects' use cases and customizing presentations.
Reporting learnings and feedback to the product team for product improvement.
Having a deep knowledge of the evolving product and its applications.
Hitting sales metrics, providing forecasts, and ensuring revenue performance.
Owning communicated must-win battles and working with the BDR team for alignment.
Applying consultative sales strategies in a competitive market.
Managing multiple responsibilities and leveraging CRM software for tracking sales activities.
Wearing multiple hats - sales, support, customer success, and team mobilization.
Having an entrepreneurial mindset to build territory business and achieve goals.

Required

A top performer in a mid-market sales role with 2+ years’ experience closing net new logos (SaaS/Hardware experience is a bonus but not required).
A demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota and how you achieved this success.
Self-motivated, driven to succeed with a focus on winning and helping your customers achieve their goals.
Ability to apply consultative and team-selling sales strategies in a competitive market.
Highly organized and able to manage several responsibilities at once.
Experience with tracking all sales activity and reports in customer relationship management software (HubSpot experience preferred but not required).
Experience with sales methodologies (SPIN/MEDDIC preferred but not required).
As the primary point of contact, the ability to wear several hats: sales, support, customer success as well as the point person for mobilizing your teammates for support.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the prospect of building your own territory business and hitting your quarterly and annual goals.
