Responsibilities
Coordinating team input on various deadline specific projects
Proofing and tracking of manufacturer programs and promotions
Communications with manufacturers and other vendors
Creating, running, and troubleshooting various reports and data sets
Managing department schedules and booking travel arrangements
Recording and documenting procedures

Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills – business style writing
Self-motivated problem-solving abilities to identify and conquer job challenges
A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment
The ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with contacts at all levels
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word
A strong attention to detail – with double-checking and follow-through as a standard
Ability to work overtime as needed
