Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide customer service to international students, scholars, faculty, and the public. Determine the nature of the service needed and refer individuals to the appropriate advisor. Manage all incoming phone calls, faxes, and requests for assistance.
Front Desk Operations: Responsible for front desk operations including customer service, process improvement, campus relationship building, and general management including student assistant supervision, training, and scheduling.
Recordkeeping: Responsible for record-keeping, immigration document processing as a Designated School Office, and office purchasing.
Advising and Training: Responsible for student immigration advising and training of student assistant team on immigration regulations. Grey immigration areas are pushed to an appropriate international student advisor or senior immigration advisor.

Required
Bachelor's Degree and three years' of highly responsible and varied office administration or business management experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Must meet federal requirements to serve as a Designated School Official (DSO).
Preferred
Experience with Sunapsis, PeopleSoft, and/or SEVIS Experience providing customer service to diverse groups of people.
Experience in supervising student assistants Experience in higher education.
Proficiency in a language other than English.
