Responsibilities
Own and maintain portfolio of open projects.
Lead new product implementation projects from concept through to launch.
Work with the Commercial to ensure customer requirements are clear and communicated through the team.
Work with the Commercial Team to set clear expectations for customers on timing, costs, and quality of the final product.
Coordinate a cross-functional team for a successful launch including Product Managers, Research and Development, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Quality.
Communicate project status and progress to internal and external customers through initial product launch.
Develop, manage, and communicate project timelines and launch dates.
Track and drive completion of actions/tasks required to move projects forward.
Work with assigned Trial Managers to ensure the success of production trials for new product implementation projects where needed.
Manage project stage-gates and ensure all checklist activities are completed for a successful launch.
Manage customer purchase orders for dies, vendor tooling, packaging set up costs, and product samples.
Coordinate resolution of any issues during the first launch.
Interact with customer portals as needed.
Lead the establishment of new processes and systems for product implementation to reduce time to market and ensure successful product launch.
Develop metrics and reports supporting portfolio and project status reporting.
Prepare and process Standard Operating Procedures for the departments as required or requested.
Work with cross-functional departments to develop customer-facing materials explaining our development processes and setting expectations around the overall development process, timing, quality levels, and operational capabilities.
Work with customers and various internal departments to lead changes to existing customer products.
Ensure alignment between customers, the commercial team, supply chain, and operations on timing and execution of changes.
Perform additional duties, projects, and tasks as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a Technology related discipline
2+ years of related experience or 8+ years combined experience in manufacturing, production and customer service
Previous experience with Project Management of complex projects preferred
Willingness and capability to take Responsibility, take Ownership, and to Lead cross functional teams
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and perform individual tasks
Good communication and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
Attention to details and able to work in a team atmosphere with multiple departments
Must be able to adapt to constant change
Capable of functioning with minimal supervision
Proficient with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
Preferred
PMI Certification is preferred but not required
