Responsibilities
Prioritize and resolve technical, functional, and business quality issues within a cross-functional team.
Develop an extensive knowledge of the platform and leverage team members effectively.
Communicate vision for the domain internally and externally, aligning with product goals.
Drive meaningful outcomes by connecting product functionality to company objectives.
Collaborate with various roles to turn specifications into working products efficiently.
Work with design partners to guide user journeys through the application.
Ensure stakeholders are aligned with product decisions and factor their requirements.
Leverage data insights and user feedback to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes.

Required
Bachelors degree required.
At least 3 years of Product Management Experience required.
Ability to deliver software products, and manage product and sprint backlogs.
Demonstrates experience with agile development processes and frequent product releases.
Demonstrates experience using both qualitative and quantitative data to derive user insights.
Displays strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to create delightful user experiences focused on delivering customer-centric outcomes.
Ability to measure user behavior and make data-informed decisions; demonstrates experience with product analytics tools and data analytics as well.
Maintains strong execution and drives across multiple fronts; self-starter, speed-oriented, comfortable making decisions and running with them.
Displays a strong desire to grow and willingness to contribute to team knowledge growth.
Displays an interest in multi-team efforts in the future or present.
