Responsibilities
Utilize a consultative and strategic approach to support full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, assessment, and selection.
Execute recruiting processes to provide an excellent candidate experience and enhance the employer brand.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies, utilizing labor market consultation and competitive intelligence.
Provide full cycle recruiting services, including recruitment strategy sessions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Develop and maintain internal and external relationships related to the recruitment process.
Consult on recruiting and sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics, and analytics.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
Solve issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate staff.

Required
Full cycle recruiting experience
Experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes
Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies
Knowledge of compliance management in recruitment
Strong communication skills for candidate and hiring manager interaction
Experience in maintaining relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and candidates
Understanding of labor laws and company standards in recruitment
