Responsibilities

Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations

Supports creation of monthly and quarterly reporting package for Leadership and Board of Directors

Develops annual budget templates and coordinates annual process across departmental leadership

Performs monthly variance analysis, identifying trends, including associated commentary

Supports Service Sales with Customer Business Reviews reporting and analysis

Analyzes performance metrics using financial and statistical analysis

Uses data visualizations to gain insight to key business drivers and operational effectiveness

Updates monthly revenue and cash forecasts as needed

Provides support to VP of Finance and Controller for monthly close activities

Assists in integration of automated analytics across the organization

Performs Ad Hoc reporting/analysis as required

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance, with 3-5+ years’ experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis; or a master’s degree and 2-3+ years’ experience.

Experience with an ERP or accounting software required
