Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets business needs and integrates smoothly with other systems

Utilize knowledge of Experience Cloud, Salesforce Screen flow, Apex Trigger, and other Salesforce tools to enhance platform functionality

Work with Aura and LWC frameworks to create user-friendly interfaces

Develop Apex Triggers and Controllers to automate tasks and improve efficiency

Maintain and update the database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity

Use knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to improve business processes

Utilize AB Testing to improve platform performance and user experience

Create Salesforce Dashboards to provide valuable business insights

Work with the team to understand and document business requirements

Ensure the Salesforce platform is properly configured and managed

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP/CRM Developer role or similar

Proficient in CRM and Database management

Experience with EO/IR systems

Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

Proficient in Microsoft software and tools

Knowledge in AB Testing

Ability to create Business Requirement Documents

Experience with Configuration Management

Skills in creating dashboards

Strong design skills

Knowledge of Salesforce APIs

Experience with Apex Triggers

Proficient in Salesforce Development

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work in a team and independently when required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred.
