Responsibilities

Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules, cash forecasts, and data validation utilizing Accolade

Actively engage with management, maintenance, and operations to bring maximum value to the business through effective leadership of the capital project planning process

Develop and maintain a portfolio master schedule

Actively work with appropriate plant personnel regarding plant outages and manage capital project impacts

Review project costs and schedule to ensure completeness and accuracy

Interface with vendors to capture design/supply/build schedules for projects to ensure timely deliverables

Participate in project team meetings to provide cost and schedule details

Required

B.S. Degree in engineering or construction management

1+ years project controls experience

Experience using MS Project

Proficient using MS office suite, to include Excel

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Preferred

PMP certification

Ability to create/use Pivot tables
