Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule to prevent duplicate bookings
Answer incoming calls, manage correspondence and route calls to appropriate employees promptly and efficiently
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams for tasks including data management and correspondence
Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
Assist with the ordering, receipt, stocking, and distribution of office supplies
Carry out data entry tasks and update information timely in system databases
Update and maintain trackers to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
Carry out any other office-related tasks that ensure smooth business operations
Answering inbound calls, providing customer service, and managing email correspondence, among other duties.

Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience in customer service roles
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
Proven skills in data entry and order management
Excellent email correspondence skills
Ability to schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Experience with booking appointments
Comfortable with both digital and paper filing systems
Ability to order office supplies as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
