Responsibilities

Develop and lead User Research strategy at the Browser Company.

Lead a team of researchers as the UXR function at BCNY grows.

Collaborate closely with product design, engineering, and leadership to address the company’s biggest open questions.

Design and conduct user research studies to address large open questions and hypotheses.

Communicate research findings effectively across the organization to guide product development and design decisions.

Set up easy and sustainable systems for product teams to spin up their own User Research.

Required

5+ years of experience in user research, product development, product insights, or another research-focused role at a software technology company. Bonus points: you’ve been on a fast-paced product team.

1+ years of experience in managing and mentoring junior researchers.

You have independently led the strategy and execution of impactful user research projects.

You have an interest in exploring new software and testing beta features.

You possess a proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
