Responsibilities
Build a team of engineers for the development of test procedures, documentation, data handling and storage
Create and maintain organizational capabilities in metrology, calibration, test quality, MSAs
Facilitate new equipment justification, purchase, commissioning as part of regular capital cycles
Documentation and Capability Assessments of existing equipment

Required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
8+ years of experience in Engineering
5+ years’ experience leading technical teams
Strong knowledge in test methodologies, tools, and laboratory operations
U.S. citizenship to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Be able to travel up to 20%
Preferred
Advanced Degree in Engineering
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to drive results and meet project deadlines
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Innovative mindset and a passion for technology
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
