Responsibilities

Oversee the cost, schedule, and performance of the contract with expertise in personnel resource allocation/supervision and contract management.

Manage and lead a team of communications engineers and information systems experts in executing design, engineering, installation oversight, and testing of installed C2 systems for critical communication facilities.

Have at least 10 years of experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.

Provide on-site base support and supplemental support for key projects while ensuring the Government retains decision-making authority.

Not be involved in the approval process of any documents defining the Government's requirements or conduct evaluation of acquisition documents.

Support the Government to ensure Government retains decision-making authority without performing functions specifically mandated as government employee functions.
