Responsibilities

Manage the overall marketing department budget, tracking actuals against budget forecast per activity.

Collaborate with marketing team members and external agencies to create e-blast content and dissemination for dealer-focused e-newsletters.

Oversee corporate and dealer microsite website project management with outside web developer/ad agencies for all minor and major design improvements, content changes, corrections, news feed updates, CRM integration, and customer interaction and lead generation.

Audit, monitor and consult directly with dealers to ensure adherence to Hyundai Corporate Brand Guideline standards to maximize Hyundai brand promotion and consistent messaging across the entire distribution channel.

Manage DAM (digital asset management) distribution and organization/communications with dealers.

Assist in the approval management and communications of dealer co-op.

Light, occasional travel, as needed to support company events or trade shows.
