Responsibilities

Searches trim and chemical inventory records to determine if material on hand is sufficient quantity.

Gathers data to prepare purchase orders, and verifies nomenclature and specifications of purchase orders.

Types purchase orders and sends copies to supplier and department originating request.

Reviews and compares price lists from chemical suppliers.

Maintains National Account Maintenance by reviewing invoice statements, price list comparison, and analyzing plant purchasing history on miscellaneous inventory items.

Reviews open trim purchase orders for accuracy and inventory levels. Maintains records of inbound deliveries for all foreign freight shipments.

Learns the maintenance system in SAP. Analyzes maintenance items and suppliers for potential national accounts.

Performs monthly reconciliation of company purchasing cards.

Reviews monthly Delta Energy invoices for accuracy. Reviews weekly reporting form Delta Energy and maintains open communication with locations not submitting proper documentation.

Reviews Corporate Purchases orders monthly to determine what is outstanding and communicates with the proper departments internally.

Reviews and analyzes the Corporate GRIR report monthly.
