Responsibilities
Oversee commissioning, validation, and support of test systems.
Collaborate closely with Customer Test Teams.
Conduct root cause analysis and integrate engineering changes.
Provide technical guidance to production teams.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing test environments.
Proficiency in analog, digital, and RF test instrumentation.
Experience with In-circuit Test, Boundary Scan, and Flying Probe.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Technical documentation proficiency, including electrical schematic diagrams.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Basic soldering and wiring skills.
Preferred
Automated test systems development experience.
Knowledge of PXI or LXI instrumentation.
RF test equipment proficiency (e.g., Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters).
PCB schematic design and layout using CAD software.
Test software development in NI LabVIEW/TestStand or Visual Studio (C++, C#, VB).
Project management experience.
