Responsibilities
Manage existing relationships and daily transactions with critical business partners.
Service assigned accounts quickly and efficiently while providing high-quality customer experience and support.
Resolve/deescalate all issues for assigned accounts, bringing critical issues to the proper points of escalation.
Complete required reporting promptly and accurately.
Perform accounting functions and verify services pricing with internal teams and external partners.
Request and review transactional data to ensure accuracy for the Finance team.
Be available for on-call hours as required.

Required
1 – 2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Northstar Account Managers spend much of their time interacting with our partners on the phone or through email, making communication the key to our success!
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Preferred
Database management experience is preferred.
