Responsibilities

Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to various business metrics such as advertising performance, user engagement, user complaints, refunds/credits, and revenue generation.

Utilize statistical methods, analytical tools, and logic to extract meaningful insights from data and make actionable recommendations.

Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights.

Identify opportunities for improvement within the data and implement data-driven solutions.

Resolve problems, anticipate business needs, and address issues or trends identified in the data as needed.

Present findings to internal teams, highlighting opportunities and challenges in a clear and understandable manner.

Organize, track and monitor multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.

Make recommendations for adopting new technologies and/or business processes that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Required

One or more (2+) years of relevant analysis work experience in similar roles or industries.

Adaptable and willing to embrace new technologies and methodologies.

Experience with data analysis tools and software relevant to the job (e.g., SQL, Excel, Sigma, Snowflake, Python for data analysis, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI).

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics) is preferred.

Advanced statistical analysis or modeling skills, familiarity with machine learning techniques could be beneficial but not essential for the core responsibilities of the role.
