Responsibilities
Support account leadership with drafting briefs, collaborating with the creative team, and deploying assets
Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively internally and externally
Keep senior management informed on account activities
Manage multiple projects to tight deadlines and ensure output aligns with client expectations
Lead internal meetings and contribute to workable conclusions
Manage client expectations and foster productivity
Problem solve effectively and handle difficult situations with diplomacy

Required
Previous work experience or education in marketing, advertising, or communications
2+ years in Promotional Pharmaceutical Account Management – across both Healthcare Professional and Patient markets preferred
Basic understanding of Medical, Legal and Regulatory review processes and MLR systems (i.e., Veeva Vault)
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under tight timelines
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and a high attention to detail
Strong presentation skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas and work
Ability to build strong, constructive relationships with clients and agency teams
An ability to problem solve calmly and effectively and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
