Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex PCBs from concept to production

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PCB designs meet all requirements

Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices for PCB design

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Ensure all PCB designs meet industry standards and regulations

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in PCB design

Expertise in Altium Designer or other PCB design software

Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and materials

Experience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
