Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily operation of the foam line in the manufacturing of foam product.

Validating that the correct recipes, pour codes, robot assignments, and any required data needed to manufacture foam pads are inputted correctly before production.

Facilitating and positioning the line for tool changes as needed.

Ensuring the foam line is ready for production startup by checking pressures, chemical levels, bucket shots, and temperature levels.

Collaborating with the maintenance team for troubleshooting and resolving issues with the foam line.

Performing additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
