Responsibilities

Lead the functional team responsible for ensuring the quality of Carbon’s hardware & accessories products

Build systems to proactively monitor field and production data to identify systemic trends which could indicate quality issues

Develop and maintain quality control plans for parts and products

Address quality issues that arise through efficient containment, detailed root cause investigations, and cross functional collaboration to ensure implementation of corrective actions

Collaborate with R&D on new development projects to ensure quality requirements are input into product requirements

Required

BS or MS in relevant engineering discipline

7+ years work experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience leading a team of engineers

Experience working with and managing quality at contract manufacturers

Demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility throughout career
