Responsibilities
Lead the setup and configuration of the Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Utilize Salesforce Industries CPQ for rate, quote, and apply functionalities, enhancing the efficiency of sales processes.
Apply the Salesforce Industries Business Rules Engine to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and implement solutions using Omni Studio, Integration Procedures, and Data Raptors.
Design and develop responsive web portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Apply expert knowledge of CSS, UI/UX, and HTML to create branded and themed web portals.
Develop and maintain applications on the force.com platform, utilizing Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, and other Salesforce technologies.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs to ensure data consistency and system interoperability.
Build flows and lightning web components to streamline business processes and enhance system functionality.
Manage Salesforce deployments and employ DevOps best practices to ensure smooth releases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Stay current with Salesforce technologies and trends, applying new knowledge to improve existing systems.

Required
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), preferably in the Healthcare or Insurance domain.
Strong knowledge and experience with the Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalog, including configuring products, coverages, attributes, and eligibility rules.
Experience with Salesforce Industries CPQ (Vlocity Rate/Quote/Apply) is preferred.
Proficiency with Salesforce Industries Business Rules Engine.
Hands-on experience with Omni Studio, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, etc.
Experience in the design and development of web portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
Expert knowledge of CSS, responsive UI, UI/UX, HTML, and delivering web portals with various branding and theming using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
Hands-on experience with the force.com platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing, Data Loader, Metadata APIs, Web Services, etc.).
Experience integrating external systems with Salesforce using APIs.
Skilled in building flows and lightning web components.
Experience with Salesforce deployments and DevOps.
One or more Salesforce Industries/Vlocity certifications.
One or more certifications related to Salesforce development, such as Platform Developer.
Preferred
Experience with tools such as Gearset or Copado is a plus.
