Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple teams and work streams to ensure successful project delivery according to the Commonwealth Standard for Project Management.
Serve as a hands-on technical project manager, collaborating closely with development teams and business stakeholders.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with IT management and staff to align resources and ensure project objectives are met.
Facilitate collaboration among multi-functional technical teams and external partners including vendors, consultants, and contractors.
Maintain project documentation including budget, plans, tasks, schedules, risks, and status updates.
Conduct design workshops, document requirements and use cases, and oversee test planning and execution.
Manage project milestones and deliverables to achieve on-time and on-budget completion.
Define, measure, and report project progress using established metrics.
Support system and application training initiatives.

Required
Minimum 10 years managing large MultiStream projects valued at $10M or greater each.
10 years of experience in networking, physical plant, vendor management, and site provisioning.
Proven expertise in both Scaled Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency (8 years) in Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project Server.
Track record of managing projects with significant visibility and high stakes.
Experience managing projects involving coordination with external teams.
Experience managing projects within larger programs under PMO governance.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or Finance/Business (4 years).
Preferred
Agile Scrum Master, Safe® Scrum Master certifications preferred.
VITA Certification: Highly desired.
