Responsibilities
AI Development: Develop and implement AI solutions that enhance our mentorship platform, focusing on natural language processing, recommendation systems, and user interaction models.
Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with the AI team to brainstorm and iterate on business ideas, transforming them into actionable AI-driven features.
Project Management: Participate in weekly check-ins with the technology team to discuss development progress, tackle technical challenges, and strategize on future enhancements.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the robustness of the AI systems by conducting thorough testing and integration processes, maintaining high standards for accuracy and user experience.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of all development processes and AI models to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required
