Responsibilities
Support Full Build WordPress Projects: Support the full lifecycle of WordPress development from concept to deployment, including client briefings, project scoping, and timeline management.
Support Ad-Hoc WordPress Projects & Tasks: Provide timely assistance on various WordPress projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and quick adaptation to various backend environments.
Ensure Technical Excellence: Execute technical aspects of WordPress sites, ensuring high performance, secure configurations, and adherence to best practices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, even those not previously encountered.
Coordinate Across Teams: Facilitate collaboration among design, content, development, and client service teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
Direct Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to address their requests and concerns, providing expert guidance and ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Monitor Project & Task Health: Track project & task budgets, making adjustments as necessary to deliver projects on time, within budget, and within expected quality standards.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous QA checks and coordinate with QA teams to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest technical standards. Pay attention to detail and ensure ADA compliance.
Resource Management: Forecast and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and deadlines.
Maintain Stakeholder Communication: Continuously communicate with internal and external account stakeholders to relay any project delays or challenges, and ensure contractors meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Assure Quality of Deliverables: Review and assess the quality of deliverables, ensuring they align with marketing strategies and client goals.

Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 2+ years of project management, WordPress development, and agency experience
Strong coding knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Exceptional organizational skills with a flair for detail-oriented and client-focused project execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting relationships with clients and team members
An eye for design and familiarity with design tools
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and SEO, both on-site and off-site
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve unfamiliar technical issues
Dedicated to excellence, consistently meeting or surpassing project expectations
Innovative mindset, always seeking to challenge and improve upon existing processes
Preferred
Experience in on-site and off-site SEO
Experience managing/supporting custom-coded WordPress website projects
Familiarity with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and Custom Post Types (CPTs)
Experience interfacing with web developers, designers, and content teams
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) to ensure that development aligns with marketing goals
Strong understanding of QA processes and attention to detail
Familiarity with ADA compliance
Ability to perform technical SEO tasks, including 301 redirects, pulling site maps, and installing tags on sites
Experience in both on-site and off-site SEO
