Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the site, including overall management of over 100 personnel.
Act as the primary interface with customers and their representatives.
Direct efforts of cross-competency teams and serve as the primary interface with Government program authorities.
Regularly brief leadership on program status and milestones.
Oversee contractor personnel's project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution, and monitoring progress.
Manage acquisition and employment of project resources and control financial and administrative aspects of the project.

Required
Active Top-Secret clearance, SCI eligible.
Master's Degree in engineering, technical, or business field required.
Minimum ten (10) years of experience, at least five (5) of those years of experience must be in management supervisory experience specific to the Army.
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP®), or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management certification.
Technical or engineering experience and industry certifications in fields related to cyber activities.
